Mostly just interact with:

  • keepassxc
  • KDEconnect
  • cryptomator
  • veracrypt
  • metadata cleaner
  • Signal

Edit: forgot about android, my bad

  • keepassdx
  • aegis
  • cryptomator
  • grapheneos' camera
  • vanadium (counting it as a security/privacy app sort of since I use PWAs)
  • Signal/simpleX

Quillpad has an experimental sync option for nextcloud, although I perfer keeping it disconnected from the network, and you can make checklists as well.

Davinci honestly deserves more recognition

You can keep using google photos/drive as your cloud backup with cryptomator if you would like privacy. Locally with a cable, I use a 1 tb external hard drive for all my backup needs (photos, videos and other files) and then I have a copy of that same drive's contents on a different 1tb hard drive as a sort of backup backup drive all encrypted via veracrypt. I just remember to copy over my original photos every week or so. It should be noted that I'm not taking hundreds of photos a day though. Storage is pretty cheap nowadays if you opt for spinning mechanical hard drives and pair them with a case and its a pretty good, local backup method imo.

Ah thank you so much for the reply. Is it the Fatip Testina Gentile that you're referring to? Im a bit confused on the naming of each razor haha. However, that chrome finish on the testina is absolutely beautiful but I do find myself choking up on the handle to get better control when I shave but that is definitely something i'll checkout.

Hey everyone I was wondering if the Fatip il Piccolo closed comb variant would be a great all around safety razor for a beginner? Seems like the best bang for you buck especially since it should hold up for years, if probably maintained, due to it being made of brass and all. Was also looking at the RazoRock Lupo thats made of milled aluminum but I'm not sure how I would like the weight and if it will hold up compared to brass. If you have any experience with any of these or other recommendations please let me know.

Dumb question but is there a way to add 2fa to my account or did I have to register with an email or something? I just created this account to test out so deleting it won't be a massive chore if I have to remake it. Hope this is the right community to ask questions haha
