This is true and a good take. I'm just struggling to understand what they where really collecting that they wouldn't have already been collecting by other means aka satellites and data interception.

Great game that is a horror shooter, but I wouldn't call it a MilSim though. MilSims are usually games like Arma or Squad.

Did the same and honestly am surprised its coming back. It had its moments, but overall was disjointed. I also found 90% of the plot of the storyline in Japan to be incredibly monotonous.

This is the fallout from the technology industry shrinking and coming to terms with itself. See the crash of the Silicon Bank recently as an example. Basically as the positive outlook toward these kind of businesses and pursuits continues to mellow out we'll see these companies look inward to squeeze as much money out of their products as possible.

I see that and you explained it well. I guess it's the idea that in the debate it's not about the merits of your ideas but things outside the debate that affect if you win or lose in this scenario that's the problem for me. Point totally taken though that we'll never fully remove the biases, I just think we should try to be as even handed as possible in these educational settings.

Very good point - I think however it's worth noting the lack of the NSDA's addressing of the judges biases and the high levels of debate within that organization the specific people oversee.

Regardless, and to the authors point, if an alternative org is provided that people prefer, it will gain popularity.

Boards of Canada - the entire discography

For something fresh I don't see listed: Vegyn - Only Diamonds Cut Diamonds

Sweet, like 30 years to late and for a dying industry.

Super cool and great find. I always wanted one of these

I think it can encourage unintended behaviors like karma farming.

I've seen similar trends in some FPS games in which during immediate game play your kill to death ratio is hidden to keep people engaged with the main loop instead of getting worked up over their stats.

Made my day, installing it now! Btw, last time I tried the mod works great on vanilla and revision on the steam deck. Thanks again!

I always go back to signalwave/broken transmission, utopian virtual, and slushwave. What about you?

I'm still waiting on some of the total conversions to get more developed, so I tend to stick to QoL mods. Here are some of mine:

Community Flavor Pack

Extended Outliner

Clear Notifcations

In My Humble Opinion

More Interactive Vassals

Great Empire Wars

Prisoner's of War

In My Humble Opinion adds the ability to see what your current character links of a character you're looking at - just like in CK2 which is great for some quick RP

Prisoner's of War is a great small additional in which characters taken captive in battle don't just teleport to the war leaders dungeon and are instead held by the capturing army until the make it back to their borders.

What are your favorites???
