I caught myself loads of times scrolling on Reddit while not even paying attention, or while scrolling on Reddit to then close it immediately opening Reddit again to continue scrolling.

It felt just like any other social media app, scrolling mindlessly, for at least a few hours a day. I noticed this has changed since I've been using Lemmy, where I might spend 30 minutes a day on. I'm curious if other experience this too! It feels nice to be freed from Reddit.

Why did you switch from Mint to endeavour?

It even double posts for ya on Lemmy, how nice!

I rather use Edge nowadays compared to Chrome. But my favourite and go-to still is Firefox.

Of course Reddit wants you to either sign in or use the app to view the subreddit. I've never used any 3rd party app for Reddit, using Jerboa currently for Lemmy. Curious what Sync will bring!

So you're saying it isn't yet?

Addicted to information, or (useless) scrolling through posts? It took me long, too long to be honest, that Reddit was mostly scrolling through useless information. I'm glad I'm done with Reddit now.

Actually, currently 8446 are currently dark. Number is still rising.

Is reddark showing subreddits that meet certain requirements, or is this the whole list of all subreddits that made known they'll go dark?

Good. Also good to see a lot of other subreddits are going dark. Been using Lemmy for just a few hours, and I do not miss Reddit one bit anymore.
