Not sure why Biden should respect the 'precedent' of a nine justice Court if those same nine justices won't respect their own precedents.

Stare decisis for thee but not for me won't cut it.

Especially given the complete disregard for ethics by Thomas and Alito with their billionaire paid vacations. And Justice “I Like Beer” having his gambling debts mysteriously paid off by somebody while also having a shame investigation into credible sexual assault complaints. They should not be appointed for life and completely unaccountable to anybody. It’s just crazy how much our founders expected shit to just happen in good faith by all political actors.

When Biden was asked why he doesn't do anything about this illegitimate court, like blow it up with more justices, he replied along the lines of,"That would just politicize the court to a point it couldn't come back from." I mean, dumb asses voted for this pony soldier and have gotten what they want.

It's simple.

Biden and his offspring are multi-millionaires, as are all of the justices and nearly all of Congress.

It's like George Carlin said. It's a big club, and you ain't in it. None of them care what happens to us, because their wealth exempts them from any of the social or economic consequences you or I may face.

And those people are elected for life. As an European, I just don’t get it.

Neither do us Americans. Our countries lawmakers are bought and paid for

They aren’t elected.

Many Americans don’t like this system, for what it’s worth.

As an American, I do.

Our entire government exists to serve the wealthiest people in this country, and it's working. Yes, the court just killed abortion rights and affirmative action, but neither of those issues affect wealthy Americans, and those same wealthy Americans will put between two and four billion dollars into the 2024 elections, money that our legislators can take legally by loaning their political campaigns money at 20% interest, AND BOTH PARTIES DO IT.

Makes me sick to my fucking stomach.

There needs to be an extreme pushback to this. One that will make them fear ever pursuing this course again.

I've been in a mild depression this weekend just from the supreme court decisions. Im lucky that not all of them partain to my life atm, but im heartbroken for the millions of people who are facing these decisions. The weekend before July 4th too, couldn't have written a better parody.

“John Marshall made his decision, now let him enforce it. “ -Andrew Jackson (maybe)

The USSC made their decisions. Now let them enforce them.
