Not sure why Biden should respect the 'precedent' of a nine justice Court if those same nine justices won't respect their own precedents.
Stare decisis for thee but not for me won't cut it.
Especially given the complete disregard for ethics by Thomas and Alito with their billionaire paid vacations. And Justice “I Like Beer” having his gambling debts mysteriously paid off by somebody while also having a shame investigation into credible sexual assault complaints. They should not be appointed for life and completely unaccountable to anybody. It’s just crazy how much our founders expected shit to just happen in good faith by all political actors.
When Biden was asked why he doesn't do anything about this illegitimate court, like blow it up with more justices, he replied along the lines of,"That would just politicize the court to a point it couldn't come back from." I mean, dumb asses voted for this pony soldier and have gotten what they want.
It's simple.
Biden and his offspring are multi-millionaires, as are all of the justices and nearly all of Congress.
It's like George Carlin said. It's a big club, and you ain't in it. None of them care what happens to us, because their wealth exempts them from any of the social or economic consequences you or I may face.
