Good to see he's at least open to rectifying things if reddit ever gets it shit together.
I typically go 18g coffee for 300g water with a finer grind. Stolen from James Hoffman's recent v60 recipe. Before that I was doing 20g to 300 with a bit coarser grind but a similar process to what Hoffman describes.
V60 for me is the most consistent method
Robin Hobb's Realm of the Elderlings specifically the Fitz books impacted me more than any of the other epic series I've read. There's something about the much focus being in the entire life of one person.
Stormlight may one day become my favorite.
