Would it help to not log in tomorrow to decrease traffic?

I've been thinking of doing that, or to maybe switch to some small obscure instance

are kiwis vegan?

Users on server A will never see the comments from server C, regardless of where they are. It's a bit like a shadowban on Reddit. The only reason I'm so sure of it is that I've seen it happen with Lemmygrad comments on lemmy.ml

Maybe an interesting question: how does this compare to the diversity of admins? I guess doing an actual survey is bad for your anonimity, but some idea could be cool

Turks and Greeks ethnically are pretty much the same, but there is a huge difference in how they get treated. Privilege-wise I guess Greeks would be white and Turks not, but that feels weird. It's a complex subject.

Yeah that, it's the one libertarian standpoint that I really disagree with so I was just curious

What's your opinion on regulations for companies?

People are wary of alt-right folk taking over Lemmy like what has happened with most alternative social media. Maybe too concerned, who knows

what action can it enforce beyond banning or blocking?

Defederation, that's one of the key concepts of the fediverse

Nothing against the meme, but boy do I hate wojacks. They're aesthetically unpleasing and something about them makes them obviously 4chan

I know this wasn't your point, but I've actually been looking for a Simpsons shitposting community. Thanks!

Even on mobile I always just used the desktop version of (old) Reddit. I just love seeing the fediverse prosper.

Since Reddit content being used to train AI was part of what triggered their Dumb Actions™️, is there a way to deal with this on Lemmy? If there's a way to license API access or the content itself under, say, LGPL to prevent commercial AI from using it that would be awesome. With the way ActivityPub works I'm not sure if that's possible though.
