100%, I try to be nice to everything I encounter. Always a good please and thank you.

Well said, I do like the phrase tolerance here for the reasons you’ve outlined. I also agree that by looking at “safe spaces” it’s really putting the onus on the people who are offended as opposed to the offenders.

If you roll up to a space known for its tolerance and you can’t get a long? You are probably the problem

sun is setting out west, just packing up for early for a trip to my parents cabin. All packed and ready to go for the week, going to grab some thai food and play some Zelda. Feeling good after a long, hard work week.

This is a great question!

I have a couple of thoughts, Rimworld stands out to me as being so off-the-wall, in a similar way Factorio seems to be such a focus on iteration and building, that it stands out as well.

Hades is another game that really seems to have that breakout quality that Cult of the Lamb did where it bends different genres.

Definitely agree it’s situational! Sometimes the mood strikes you on a long weekend, you awaken to find that buzz in your ear and those spurs on your boot: BEEEEEEE-HHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWW

So Fidelity lost $1.2M in the value of their holdings based on this bullshit triggering the issues with 3P apps and the black out and beefs with moderators?

Spez gotta get fired sometime soon. I figured that the initial cut in April may have triggered the push to cut API.

wow, this is actually amazing.

You’d think a rapidly developing service like Lemmy might face restrictions like that due to resources but Twitter? Mismanagement beyond belief.

Totally agree. I know Narwhal still is functioning but it’s not worth it. The interactions here have been so much more welcoming and the content has been richer. Really good stuff and excited for the future

Mastodon but having a harder time getting the hang of it compared to Lemmy but never was really active on Twitter. Love Lemmy and Kbin but nothing beats Beehaw

It was very satisfying flipping and sliding phones like this. I wonder how it would be to transfer back to a tactile physical keyboard after all this time. I’m not sure if it’s just nostalgia but I almost feel like it would be better

I’ll fondly remember my Blackberry Pearl for all my days.
