Well, I believe you have to just set up your own shadowsocks/vmess/vless/trojan/etc server instead of collecting VPNs, since they are often useless in authoritarian countries nowadays.

Well, DC++ is still alive and it's possible to find hubs with unique niche content that is impossible to find on trackers. At least I still use it pretty often.

Well, it had to happen eventually. All the google drive uploads from my account are now inaccessible, due to me refusing to pay 10x more for unlimited storage, and consequently Google forcing authorization request for each and everyone of the links.
