I still think it's crazy that the same guy who created Wikipedia also founded Fandom, and I believe is still involved. Considering what Wikipedia is and its utility, it almost seems like an incompatible ideology to have anything to do with both at the same time. I guess he's got to make money somehow...

100%. I use both Notion and Obsidian, but I only ever use Notion if I need to share notes with classmates. Obsidian has been a godsend keeping me organized and managing my adhd, especially with coding projects--though I do use it for workout logs and other IRL things. Decision paralysis is so real, but it can be mitigated if you can document things you've done and what needs doing next.

Yeah the answer on Reddit is always "why not just buy the more expensive option," which is always the most upvoted and least helpful suggestion.
I still need to get around playing the DLC but I feel like I'd need to watch a video to get caught up on the story. That said, yeah, the gameplay and story is absolutely incredible. Perfectly-executed mystery box.

I can't say I agree. It's more likely they see the money they'd be leaving on the table and it helps that this makes them look more amiable for future acquisitions.
