Some amazing advice was, "when you have money, prioritize spending on the things that go between you and the ground. Good mattress, good shoes, good tires, etc."
I used to do rough carpentry back many years ago, and now that I'm trying to make something that I care about, I'm reminded of just how much planning, prep, and care people need to put into their hobbies. No more, "hit it until it fits" in my garage!

How do you find the performance of calls and video on Teams? I'm thinking about making the same kind of load-out, but I spend a lot of time on calls and video, and I've had lots of lag and performance issues with Teams running in a VM on Surface hardware.
