Kaos. That season 1 had me and my partner fucking hooked and they pulled the plug so fast it was hard to even finish it.

Oh ok. I have f-droid but I got Summit on the Google play store. Still new to the FOSS world personally. But it's fun so far!

I've used Boost and Summit Lemmy clients and they both allow this. Dig around in the settings for it. Super nice to have!

This has been my experience. I use any random adapter I find in Walmart or Amazon for cheap and they last forever, and my phone charger is setup like you say so it's fine in Germany, Ireland, UK, etc.

Tips and advice for hosting an instance (lemm.ee)
 

I'm interested in hosting my own Lemmy instance. Never done any hosting but I have done a good bit of programming/web development in my life so I don't think I'll struggle.

Just curious if anyone has any good advice or common mistakes that I could avoid.

Also if there is already a thread or community around creating Lemmy instances, I'd love links to them!
