Im still frustrated at the lie and gaslighting that bathrooms were ever some strictly gendered space. Growing up, women going into the mens room happened a lot at sport events. Fathers would take their kids into the lady's when the men's didn't have a changing table.

Most people want to do what they need to do an get out.

And if someone's gonna assault you, the swing door with a stick figure with a dress aint gonna stop them.

The cruelty is the point.

I'm so sick of living in a country where people are so fucking hateful.

It's astonishing to see the hatred getting so big that it starts affecting the very people who hate and they don't even care. This law is just an excuse and a weapon to hurt people with governmental support.

Can't wait for the first cis dad to be threatened with arrest for taking his daughter to the loo.

There's definitely gonna be some headlines about all the weird and creepy ways this will be enforced or controlled

Conservatives being weird and creepy and obsessed with genitals? Who'da thunk

This is literally insane. I'm baffled how things like this become enforceable laws. It's almost hilariously flawed. I'm sure many people will be very uncomfortable with bearded men in the women's room, and the many other awkward scenarios that could happen. It's also downright dangerous for trans and even cisgender people

Want this reversed? Claim to see a bulge in the pants of every karen in a public bathroom (wait until they act like a karen, some just have the look). That convient karen haircut that's so popular? It's now sign of being trans. Fight dirty.

Cis female allies? Go in the women's room looking like a Hell's Angel too.

Honestly I didn't think Florida would be so progressive. They're forcing both men and women to share bathrooms with each other?

Such a good article. I'm glad it cited the Catch-22 showcased in the Ruiz Attack. Makes my blood boil.

This is messed up! What did transgender people do to Floridan politicians to deserve this??

(hint: NOTHING)
