Did you say edc?

I don't have a picture of my bag kit because it would be too identifiable in my town, but over at sopuli.xyz/c/edc, I have a post up of my on person carry plus a few extras for fun.

But yeah, my main bag has a spare flashlight, a pouch for phone and tablet stuff, a protein bar, wipes, pens and pencil, bandanas, masks, spare otc meds, spare prescription meds, a sewing kit, comb, some bandaids and tape, Santiago, a gimp, extra magazine, and whatever extras I add for a specific purpose for a day

Trail mix, sunscreen, ice pack, water, keys, wallet, ace bandage, pen/pad and a bunch of fkn trash.

My purse has my wallet (only has cards and cash), ear buds case, and a pen. I'll keep my phone in there too when I'm out.

Other than that, pretty much nothing. I tried the whole big purse thing with lots of stuff years back, and it was a disaster trying to finds stuff. I don't even keep receipts in there anymore. These days, I just have a regular sized Kate Spade bag, and it forces me to stay organized

Ehm - just have a wallet, a little cash and some cards.. not very interesting without a purse I guess?

My entire medicine cabinet. I get anxious I’m going leave the house and have a stomach ache, or a cough from allergies, or something else unforeseen. So, I have tums and nauzenes, ibuprofen, allergies meds, cough syrup, eye drops, band aids, and other random stuff. I may as well toss a tourniquet and gauze and dressings in there while I’m at it.

Cash, various cards, documents. And then a heap of trash receipts I forgot to throw away. Thanks for asking, I may remember to throw them out tomorrow

Some folding money, a bank card, some loose checks (ragged from wear as I prefer the previous items for most retail transactions), some ID cards, a gift card that I might use, another that I'll probably give away to someone who shops at that store, a local library card, a library card from a place I lived 10 years ago but is probably still valid, a torn piece of paper with some unexplained writing on it (some phone numbers, but I forget whose; I think a pin for a card I don't have anymore; a gate code for a storage locker I no longer use), a blood donor card with blood type (A+), a partially accurate vaccination card, some other things that are either expired, or never mattered.

A Rubik's Cube, pen, earbuds, lip balm, and some cough drops.

Is the Rubik's cube a normal item for you to be carrying, or is it a recent thing? How many times have you solved it?

[–] FermatsLastAccount@lemmy.world 1 points 2 years ago* (last edited 2 years ago)

Yeah, I usually bring one with me to pass time on the subway. Not sure how many times I've solved it, but it has to be thousands over the past several years.

Sunglasses, wallet, vaccination card (in a multipass holder) and hand sanitizer.
