Oh, I call it leaping. Quantum leap. It's been almost 10 years. Decided to settle down and live out this life.

Physical leap, startled, or time travel?
π
Literally this afternoon I jumped as high as I could to see if I could touch the ceiling. I could not.
Right now because I read this. And then I realised that I jumped a few days ago because my partner and I were talking about our floorboards, and by pure chance I jumped in the same place and it triggered that memory. But I wouldn't have remembered it if I hadn't read this and jumped now.
April. Broke my foot. Sucks, man.
Does bounding up the stairs count? I definitely get air and I do it almost every time I go up stairs. I average about 20 flights of stairs a day.
Yesterday! At a concert. A LOT
Car wouldn't start.
down a few steps earlier. yes, i live dangerously.
Visiting a buddy's crossfit gym. He's since left that gym so I imagine I'll never jump again.
Last time I went down the stairs at my apartment complex. Accidentally started going down on the wrong foot and wouldn't land on the correct foot when I got off the stairs, so I jumped the last couple. Long story short, in my case it's an autism thing more than any actual issue, so that is why I jumped.
Almost every day. Whether I'm skipping a step, avoiding a puddle, panic-flailing away from a sudden pile of dog shit, or trying to grab something from a too-high shelf in my small apartment, living in Brooklyn means you're idiot-floating more often than not
3 weeks ago and I hurt myself. I'm not a kid anymore.
I don't quite remember, but sort of like... 8 hours ago while traveling go work in a company bus.
The driver was going quite fast and didn't notice a speed bump. Shortly, he became a pilot.
Ah fuck it, lets simplify it. 5 seconds ago. There you go.
This afternoon, while walking through a parking lot with my toddler. We had to avoid the cracks.
I went to year 1194 and saw some Turkish guys arguing about some grey men. Later Time Interference and Time Travel Society (TITTS) seized my travel card.
A time Jump, I see
Yesterday. My kids and I like to imitate awkward game/MMO character movements so there's a lot of random jumping.
I go bouldering and do a lot of dynos, so I regularly jump. Last time was special though it was yesterday when I was at amateur wrestling for the first time as the Shrieking Spud
I jumped to miss a puddle.
I was trying to see if I would become a billionaire if I jumped in an X like Musk. Hasn't worked yet
maybe half an hour ago, when i jumped into bed. before that, i jumped up or over a few ledges on my walk home from work. wild to me that anyone is citing a timeframe longer than a day to be honest,
Can't remember. I have done some things that might be considered a hop. To avoid puddles or slick spots on sidewalk or mud.
2013-ish? My ex-spouse was really into that. They went on to get certified, I did my 3rd or 4th solo jump (still had main and reserve coaches, but not a tandem jump), and decided that it didn't mean enough to me to keep spending money on it. My ex-spouse ended up embezzling a lot of money from our joint account to pay for their jumping habit; they bought a container, main and reserve canopies, and a custom jumpsuit, and then tried to to stick me with the credit card debt for it in the divorce.
Probably some minor hops here and there, but my last serious jumps were while skiing in a mascot, to get some photos, weekend before last :)
A couple days ago; I'm an elementary music teacher so it happens pretty often.
the 15th i think. i was jumping over the waves of the sea as i got into the water π€Έπ½π
I jumped reading this post
The cat suddenly parked itself on the stairs. Some day, she'll cause serious harm. Until then, pet, pet you cute assassin.
Our cat has been trying to kill us for 21 years. He wasn't feeling well recently, but after a vet visit and meds, I knew he was feeling better as soon as he darted across my path and I almost tripped.
Maybe 30 minutes ago, I was watching a very tense video.
Today. I exercised
Last Thursday I jumped up onto a ledge at the office to take better pictures of the vaulted ceiling. We're renting out the space so my boss asked me to take pictures.
Summer last year, getting into a private/walled off area I wanted to explore. (That was a ~2m drop onto some stairs so getting out was much harder than getting in haha)
I almost always skip the last 3 steps of my stairs on the way down.
With my bike does it count? If so, yesterday multiple times to avoid speed bumps on the road.
Probably a few days ago. Sometimes I just be leaping and bounding. Jumping even, in my home.
A few days ago, to grab a glass off a shelf
