ENG: You're talking about the pillars in ports that are used to moor ships, right? Those are bollards!
Notice how in Japanese she uses だから because the kanji literally mean "ship mooring pillar", so she says "that's why they're called 係船柱". Obviously that doesn't work in English so I changed it up to make it make sense lol.
