I know there are several USB hub dongles that could be used in a similar manner, but what I'm looking for is something that occupies a single USB port and offers 3+ slots for SD and/or microSD cards, letting me browse them all from my computer. Are there any such products? I'm ok with buying off Aliexpress

I just use a combo of this sorta stuff, but older:

I've had inbuilt readers, cards, mutlihubs and a few adapters fail and a lot of stuff that is just fussy about who it plays with. I now prefer to have a bargain bin of simple options to mcguyer from.

There are 7-in1's listed on Aamzon that will accept 2xsd & 2xmsd cards but can't expose all of them at the same time, which s a shame.

A little off topic but I also use two docks similar to this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/RSHTECH-Aluminum-Multifunction-External-Tool-Free-Black-Housing/dp/B07WNPG6KP/

They are attached to my raspberry pi and each allows me to have several TB's of spinning rush over 2 hdd's, an sd card plugged in and space for more usb drives or sd cards via the mcguyer method above when needed. Maximize those usb ports :)
