Someone else can explain it better than I can, but basically, because of the defederation, I can see posts here, as can both of you who posted today, but the actual !austin@lemmy.world cannot.

Essentially, this is a splinter group of only Beehaw users living here. The live posts on the other server don't populate here and vice versa.

I'm sure y'all are fantastic people ... just wanted to let you know you're writing for an audience of two. I have a separate account on lemmy.world to interact there for now (defederation call isn't permanent at this point).
