God damn it. People really get offended by everything. But if I as Christian wants to ban Halloween then I am the fascist.

Consider "not celebrating" instead of "banning" and maybe you'll be less of a fascist. Maybe.

Samhain was co-opted (into all hallows eve) by Christians to convince more celts to convert, wasn't it?
