Bisher keine Einschränkung bei Installation von Addons.

Na technisch gesehen, braucht man für Signal sowohl ein Smartphone als auch eine SIM mit einer Telefonnummer, die auch SMSfähig ist.
Ohne SIM und Googledienste hab ich das mit Satelite + eSIM hinbenommen. Zwar kann ich das ohne Googledienste keine SMS bekommen, aber Signalbot Quatsch den Einmalcode auf den AB. Zumindest geht das mit Molly.
Vor dem Hintergrund von Digitalzwang + Smartphonezwang + Mobiltelefonnummerzwang + Googledienstezwang bleibt alleinig #Matrix über. Desktopcomputerzwang liegt bei keinem Messenger vor.
Mit Smartphonezwang schafft man immerhin Threema, Signal, SimpleX.
Ist zwar ein Nerdi Detail, aber vielleicht sollte das in die Messengermatrix mit rein.

Typing " w Fediverse" will directly open wikipedia with the article for "Fediverse".
Even when you have abandoned the pages above it will work with your free pages too.
