- If you're going custom ROMs, always go with an official custom ROM. Go with a well - trusted one that is consistent with updates, not an official ROM that may be dropped at a moment's notice.
- Always choose devices that have long - term support and are consistent with security patches like the Google Pixels (5 years). Do not choose brands like Xiaomi as their lackluster updates mean that you will receive late security updates, and proprietary drivers for the components in your device will go out of date in 2 years. Your phone will be insecure and cannot be made secure when those 2 years end.

Boy English is pretty tame. My native language has gendered pronouns for what feels like every type of relative you can have. I don't see my extended family very often so truthfully I don't even know half of those pronouns. Sometimes a relative pops up out of nowhere and I get all confused about pronouns again. Seriously, like last year at a family gathering my aunt (maybe? idk, she's my grandmother's niece) brought someone and was like "heyyyy yall are related come say hiii" and she was like brand new information to everyone there lol.

Too expensive for me. I understand why, like the whole being "fair" thing and all but those specs are not good enough for 700โฌ.
ALLIGATOR? I HARDLY KNOW HER.
I'll wait a couple generations and then buy one for GrapheneOS.
I discovered privacyguides.net. good website.
You know, on the one hand, I really want to support the Fediverse. But on the other hand, too much social media is bad. So it's kind of a delicate balancing act.
Use small instances. I've never had trouble on lemdro.id.
I'd use Firefox for Android if it had working per - site process isolation.
Try adding some blocklists, maybe the Hagezi ones. I remember NextDNS being quite good at that test.
The most used communication app in my country is a homegrown, bloated, tracker - ridden privacy invading nightmare that the government keeps pushing by making people use it for actual OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT BUSINESS. I bet they're scanning everything in that app alright.
