Take a look at Elixir or Erlang, they seems particularly well suited to an application on the scale Lemmy clone.

Capital demands perpetually increasing rates of profit while competition continuously decreases the rates of returns for established industries (i.e. advertising).

It's a contradiction inherent in capitalism.

Rail through green spaces is much less destructive than equivalent motor vehicle infrastructure.

Plus then you get a nice train ride through beautiful green place.
