Xubuntu, Kubuntu, and Open Media Vault (based on Debian)

I'm thinking of just using Debian on most of my machines in the future, just have to go through the effort to switch.

I just have a stock of frozen, and then buy fresh when I plan to make a specific dish that's worth the effort.

Why not just ask?

I would think this already illegal, as they are using his likeness without his permission. Is that not correct?

Is it impossible to regoogle it?

Just to be clear, this is just a moving of images, and it will be back correct? Just a temporary measure?

I love Linux. I prefer it to windows, but windows is fine. Unfortunately, there are some programs I use that don't work properly under linux, primarily Microsoft office, but also some games here and there. I'm sure that I could get those games working under linux, but it's more work. I use linux at work, and windows at home at the moment, but I prefer linux and am very comfortable with both.

I think people really confuse "it's not as polished and mature as twitter was" with "it's not ready".

I agree they are in a sense being rational because those beliefs do frequently go together. But doing so really eliminates any chance of a productive conversation. Maybe that wasn't going to happen anyway, but now it's definitely not going to happen. If we assume someone is always the most likely kind of person we'll never talk to an actual person, just what we assume a person to be.

I see your point. Yes, I can see banning that once they've established a pattern.

This is a good point. There are conservative viewpoints I find compelling, but they have basically nothing in common with MAGA, de santis, or any other popular conservative these days.

I find I can talk with individuals, when we both view the other as individuals, instead of a representative of republicans or whatever other moniker you give them. I mean, not everyone, but at least most people.
