Not about the movement, but you should know this watch doesn't have a sapphire crystal; it has acrylic.

That means it will scratch very easily.

I have a few collecting rules:

1. Each watch must be distinct in some way sop as to have a unique contribution to the collection.

2. Watches are purchased to mark milestone occasions.

3. I will have no more than 10 serious watches at any given moment.

Rule 1 keeps me from having a collection full of the same watch.

Rule 2 keeps me from going broke. Also, it gives each watch a story, which I personally like the idea of.

Rule 3 keeps me from going broke in the long term (servicing costs). It also ensures that I actually wear all my watches.

NATO straps are trash. I don’t care about how it looks. I’m talking about adding an extra millimeter to my watch for no fucking reason.

I’m not in a war zone. I don’t need that much security. I need my watch to fit comfortably.
