I remember a UI redesign that looked kinda like shit, losing the ability to downvote and therefore bury paid ads placed to look like regular content, and something about a facebook connection but details are real hazy.

It's almost like reddit took a page from the Elon Handbook of Management or something. I think most people will immediately go back to reddit, or try to use both for a bit. People who used something that wasn't the official app may end up here (but maybe not for the same amount of time per day/week/etc).
Whatever it is that reddit wants to monetize about its users via its app specifically is not something I want any part of.
Doesn't he himself use this feature a ton? 😂
I wonder if they'll naturally develop into their own entities and not just be clones of each other. No idea how someone who isn't involved would know the difference at a glance.
I'm waffling on making one for parenting.... Moderating that sounds like a terrible idea though.
