SOCOM has always been a boys club and consistently shows rampat toxicity and unprofessional conduct. Idk what they expected. I'd argue that a majority of the crazy right wingers from the military are specifically from SOCOM.
While it is 1st person Kingdom Come Deliverance is amazing. One of the best open world RPGs I have played int he last 10 years.

Fallout 4 and Skyrim both had bugs with their main quests on launch that prevent you from progressing. So Corrupt saves are the least of your worries.
