They can see more than half.

Mozilla CEO made around 7 million USD last year, but hosting bills are pending. Now, they updated the ToS, and you can't watch p0rn, or your data will be sold, or they no longer care about the orignal in c/firefox@fedia.io

Anything you say or do on Firefox may be used by Mozilla against you. You have the right to use a different browser. If you cannot find a browser that doesn’t fuck you over one way or another, one wil in c/firefox@fedia.io

If Apple complies with this, the UK government will gain access to all iCloud data globally. The only way Apple comes out of this with any integrity is to leave the UK market. If they give in to this, in c/privacy@fedia.io

The old Panopitcon design did not scale.

Remember Microsoft's Recall? The first implementation was never released and was met with strong criticism from privacy advocates and the infosec/security community. Guess what? Microsoft has doubled in c/privacy@fedia.io

It is prudent to just avoid Windows in the first place.

Microsoft has confirmed that Windows 11 users will not be able to uninstall the controversial “Recall” feature, despite earlier reports suggesting otherwise. Recall, part of the Copilot+ suite announc in c/privacy@fedia.io

The problem is getting businesses off of Windows.

Treadmill inertia is hard to stop.

I'm somewhat of an old school guy. My first programming languages were BASIC and C, if they counts. While I'm not personally particularly fond of Rust, I do respect it and think it should live in the in c/programming@fedia.io

If WiFi and Cell radio existed back then, then almost like a modern cell phone.

Screen size would be comparable.
