I do agree with this.
Best game design channel ever!
He explains everything so simply and short. Because he doesn't do this for money from youtube, he can just make 2-3 minutes long videos and get to the essence. Youtube rarely rarely recommend his videos even though I watched all of them because I guess they are not good for showing ads.
And he's THE real deal, not any journalist wanna be a game developer and makes a lot of videos about game dev. He made many many hit games and still doing it, a living legend. His materials and experience that he's sharing are invaluable.
I also second this. After you master your weapon and go into 'advanced' play of MH, it's harder than any soul game, without penalty tho.
By advance play, I mean normally for each weapon, you can go in and keep attacking, you will win eventually. But your hunt might take a long time. After you get better and better, you will learn that the weapon of your choice has meta-play; you will want to try that and get better, you will keep practicing, and you will learn monster move set, timing, and their weak points, min-max your gears, etc... that's when the real game of Monster Hunter started ;)
I played for thousands of hours and used to play every day just to get better and better. It's a very relaxing and rewarding play.
Returnal is good! To progress each run, just get more ether to buy/unlock more items at the door! You will get stronger with more choices of items that can drop for you.
It's not just anime; it's ISEKAI! From the trailer, it seems like the 1st ep would be interesting (per WTF quality). But not sure about the following story. LOL
I added organizing files to my assignments rubric. It's part of the course objective. Any unorganized files will not be graded. It's a bit learning curve for the 1st week but after that mostly it's OK. My take is, thay can, if we teach them.
I just reconnected with my old friends through Diablo 4, we used to play WoW together so much back in the day.
