Thank you, I hate this.

My posture and upper back pain has improved from using my kinesis freestyle 2. The split and tilt are really effective.

Thanks for sharing! I'm just happy to see this doesn't need a water bath for baking.

I'm in a similar situation! I have to fight my brain constantly when grocery shopping, to reach for fruit instead of processed snacks.

And from the article:

The researchers discovered that at the centre of the weight gain was the molecule NPY, which the brain produces naturally in response to stress. When the researchers blocked NPY from activating brain cells in the lateral habenula in stressed mice on a high-fat diet, the mice consumed less comfort food, resulting in less weight gain.

Agreed!

I've seen a few posts suggesting that related communities should be merged, but I think their current fractional states help to mitigate some toxic behaviors.

There's more accountability in smaller groups, and less impetus for negative attention-seeking behavior.

It's a little buried in the account settings, but Netflix does allow account sharing for an additional fee (~$7?). I know families that went with this option so they could continue sharing their account with elderly parents, and college aged children.

I imagine that if a group of friends agreed to split the cost of an account + fees, they would end up paying less than having individual accounts.

'Splendor' is another gem of a game like Azul. Simple rules with quick turns, and the "poker chips" are substantial.
