Hey thanks for the compliment! That project was a bear and I'm glad to have it done. Also thanks for the new YouTuber to check out, I'd never heard of Project Farm before.

As someone who also works in a shop that lacks climate control I recently learned than polyurethane construction adhesive is an excellent alternative to wood glue because it is able to bond correctly at much lower temperatures. It also has a longer open time if you prefer to take your time during glue ups like I do.

I'm also on Jerboa but coming from BaconReader and I share your sentiment.

Thanks! It was cathartic to complete.

Can't wait to see some completed bedside table project pics here.

Pitter patter, my dude!

I just gave it a goog and you're in luck, caffeine has a significantly smaller structure than oxytocin so it shouldnt cost you as much in lumber. It's shape would probably make for some cool looking shelves too.

Thanks! I agree with you, way overdone.

Yeah I remember it from the couple of computers that my grade school had. I don't know even know what operating system this screen comes from.

I do know that I spent way too many hours playing Oregon Trail on them in after school care.

I started this project in August 2020 and after a few weeks when I was just about finished assembling the pieces it fell off my work bench and broke into dozens of fragments that I then threw into the corner of my shop out of frustration. There it sat quietly judging me and haunting me for almost 3 years until I got tired of it being in my way and finally finished it to put it out of my misery.

So this post is for everyone with an unfinished project lurking in the corners of their shop collecting dust. You can do it!
