Have you actually tried it on? Its almost certainly not "too small" for your wrist. Especially as dress watches are traditionally smaller. There are also bracelets from Strapcode with male endlinks for the Alpinist that will make the watch wear a bit larger.

Alternatively, Hamilton has a wide variety of field watches that may be what you're looking for.

I do love the look of the Seiko solar Speedtimer. I have the golden dial one and it makes for a bit dressier but sporty look. However I realized that they made the minutes subdial the smallest one, while the running seconds and useless 24 hr dial are larger. I can’t get over how dumb a design choice it was to make the only useful subdial smaller.

I have skinny wrists and 38-39 mm is probably the sweet spot for me. But unfortunately they don't have the seamaster that I really like in that size. So i wear what I have, because I like the look of the watch and even though its a bit bigger than I would prefer, its not a total faux-pax for a diver to be on the bigger side.

I do. I have skinny wrists and got the Octopus Kraken NTTD knockoff to check how a Seamaster would wear. I ended up getting a seamaster down the line, and what’s cool is that the Octopus is a very nice looking and solid watch in its own right, especially on an unclestraps bracelet!
