I've noticed that the instance can't be reached through the Connect, Voyager, and Thunder apps. I thought the instance has just been down for a couple days, but I was able to log in through browser.

Don't know if that's helpful info or not!

Or they faxed it to you

That's true while on the street or in a public park. That does not apply to students at a school function. There are laws protecting students in such a situation, which is why in the US, parents have to give permission for images of students to be published.

The US was founded by some crazy cult members who had extreme views about sex. The Mormons came out of such a cult, but were pushed out of the country. Most of those old cults are still around to this day.

The religious views from these cults lingers on in our social conscience, probably most notable in our sexual repression and sexual censorship. Those old cult views instilled the idea that sex was depraved and not something to cherish and enjoy. So we still, at least subconsciously, hide sexuality out of a sense of righteousness and politeness.

It's only outdated to the rich families who can afford brand new games for their kids. Excluding discs is a great way to force many out of the market.

Not only does the love triangle not make sense, but it really only serves to erode the significance of friendship of Legolas and Gimli. They were supposed to be first friendship between an Elf and dwarf in a long time

The gender neutral for nephew/niece is nibling

Yeah, I went on a road trip a long time ago. I remember it was almost all highway with tons of cars without a good public transport system. They knew they were growing and could have held off the heavy traffic with commuter trains and a substantial public transport system.

Sure there's a system already in place in LA, though I'm sure there's room for improvement.

Oh that's right. It's in Revelation (new testament) that describes Satan as the serpent of old, relating back to Genesis.

I imagine that it has to do with the age of those cities. They were established before cars, so the older parts were designed to get around easier. At least that's what I assume, because virtually all the cities with low car ownership are in New England.

The title could be cities with good vs bad city planning. All the green cities are designed to force people to use cars, because they made everything so spread out with little to no public transportation. The red cities are built properly with public transportation to help people get around.

Yes, Satan appears as the snake in Genesis, goes up to God and cons him into a bet that Job will disavow God if everything is ripped away and God goes along with it. Hell, I believe is referenced a few times as Sheol. In the NT, Hades appears as well as the lake of fire and the place where there's gnawing and nashing of teeth.

God does open up the earth and swallow nonbelievers in the OT, along with a bunch of other cruel shit, but I don't recall a place of eternal torment in the OT.
