God damn that's a great game. At the same time, I think they did this knowing that folks would die all the time, so they didn't want each death to be super punishing.

It's depressing how many people need to learn this. Even more depressing is now many people never learn.
Why must this hurt so bad and be so true?
This is what gets to me about those who don't vote or describe themselves as "apolitical," because politics is the impact of society and culture on everyday life. To be apolitical is to feel comfortable enough in everyday living to disconnect from society, most often because of the benefits of wealth and/or white supremacy.
