hey im doing just fine on vlemmy.net here

i still use youtube and have google play services installed on my phone (planning to change that soon, although im worried how far i'll get with just microg, i hate proprietary rootkits that somehow became standards) and as far as im aware that's all that i've got googlified

i find that the lack of community videos really holds me back from using lemmy as a primary website, but i do understand that video hosting is expensive, just kinda sucks

i have crippling social anxiety and its near impossible for me to find new people irl that i get along with, sucks as my best friend is going through a lot and has distanced themselves from me for now and i have no one else on the same level that i can vibe with
