It's literally the most basic and textbook form of allegory you can find in literature. There's absolutely no depth to it at all.
Beatles: Hard Days Night - Tomorrow Never Knows
David Bowie: Suffragette City - Warzsawa
Miles Davis: 'Round Midnight - Miles Runs the Voodoo Down
Radiohead: Creep - Kid A
Beach Boys: California Girls - Wind Chimes
Kanye West: Jesus Walks - Black Skinhead
Actually I think I'm the opposite. I hate encumbrance more when it's massive. When I played survival mode in Fallout NV, I found it so much more fun to only pick up essential items. I would commonly pick up water bottles and food instead of valuable weapons or ammo. I was usually way under my low encumbrance because I had a mindset switch to only pick up stuff that will allow me to survive the desert.
I actually see the value in providing a safe space for oppressed or marginalized communities, such in the way that women's shelters don't allow men.
I don't know what the answer is be here, but it's not nearly as black and white (no pun intended) as commenters here seem to believe.
TCU will finish in the bottom half of the Big XII this year.
CUs offense is really impressive. If they go up by two scores right off the bat that could be huge.
My three favorite artists are Miles Davis, David Bowie, and Kanye West. Three artists that changed their sound every single album.
So no.
Building more office space is moronic. There's millions of square feet of vacant office space in the twin cities. Just give me a bunch of 5 over 1 residential buildings with ground floor retail, a hotel/restaurant/bar, surrounding a nice plaza and near the field and I think it will do really well. Office space is stupid and useless to keep building right now.
Haven't watched the video yet but I'm guessing the reasons are:
Zoning - mixed use zoning and medium density housing are notoriously missing in the US.
Setbacks/Clear zones - Time and time again, US city planners have widened roads, straightened roads, and removed trees and such, catering towns and cities for driving, rather than building them for humans.
