Just remember, this volume/price movement may be nothing more than the heat lamp pump/dump they've done many times on/around cutoff day. Cutoff day is typically 6 or 7 days before the 10Q. The Oct 29 (month early) cutoff a year ago was an anomaly.

The most important part of what people call the Heat Lamp Theory is that DSPP shares are “shares enrolled in the plan” whereas what everyone assumed: that DSPP shares ONLY included plan shares. The difference between being “plan” and “in the plan” is significant because the former was 3 million shares (on the stockholder list) and the latter is 22 million+ shares (on the stockholder list). That is what I call the “DSPP revelations” but most people call the heat lamp theory.
