You should be proud of yourself, so so much!! Amazing to hear how far you have come. Keep doing the work on you, building that resilience will make it easier to move forward and be less tempted to go back but it sounds like you are doing pretty great there too. Thanks for sharing, massive hugs and i hope your 40s treat you really well :D

A setting has changed, maybe not deliberately. Check out your automations in the home app, look for something called workday or similar.

Hoodie with shorts makes sense to me. My legs feel less cold than upper body, especially if its windy. If its in an annoying in between kind of temperature i wont be warm enough to have arms etc uncovered but may still be too warm for everything covered
