This is exactly what I was looking for, thank you so much
I love my Garmin Instinct 2, but it is probably larger than you'd like. They have the 2S, which is smaller, but you would probably be better served by the Garmin Forerunner 45, which is lighter than both Instinct models.
For an even lighter watch that I've seen recommended, but haven't used myself, you can look at a Coros Pace 3 or similar. It is a smidge lighter than the Garmin Forerunner 45.
Both brands have great GPS features and the ability to do stopwatches and quite a few other functions, including some smartwatch capabilities.
Genuine suggestion here, what if you looked at children's smartwatches? Like the Garmin vivofit Jr. 3?

Actually I have a Casio aq800 but the strap is too uncomfortable with the sweat. Maybe I'll get a Casio f91 yep

I’d suggest that you not worry about size. Just get the functionality you need. It’s for the gym, not a wedding.
Yeah you have a point but I just feel uncomfortable wearing big boys it feels very unbalanced idk
