Not typically a fan of gem setting but these Alpine Eagles are quite tastefully done. Really digging the white and green combination, classy but with a bit of personality. I aspire to own an Alpine Eagle one day. I find the watch (and Chopard as a whole) quite slept on.

I'd rock the blue dial/sapphire set watch. But at $85,000, I don't ever see myself in the economic bracket where that purchase is feasible.

The people who buy these watches usually see buy them on the spot when they walk in the boutiques for these (definitely not WIS, but with plenty of disposable income of course).

I think gems set in a bezel is never a good look. Sometimes it can work on a woman's watch but never on a unisex or men's watch. The dials are interesting but the bezels and integrated bracelet on these look like shit. Too gaudy.

Ugh I wish they'd stop trying to make Alpine Eagle happen... it's not going to happen. No part of this design is well executed. It's like they tried to copy a VC Overseas, but never saw one, and only had some kid's description to go off of. If you want an integrated bracelet sports watch and can't get / can't afford a RO or Nautilus, there are plenty of good options that cost way less and are far nicer.
This is gonna depreciate like crazy in the used market and will be a solid pickup there (40-55K would be appropriate for this)
