It's also possible to sinter lunar dust with microwaves, since lunar dust contains a small quantity of nickel-iron powder from pulverized meteors. There have been proposals to make roads with that process too.
So the 100 billion dollar question? Are we going to call them "Solar FREAKIN' Roadways"?
