The double negative in this title had me jump a bit at first
Me too; I did a double take! Good news though!
Hmmm. It almost like medical treatment decisions should be handled between the patient and doctor, not by politicians.
NPR has had a number of interviews recently with doctors who handle adolescent gender affirming care, and it's interesting to see the stark contrast between conservative rhetoric and the actual nuanced approach physicians take.
Good. There’s no need for these politician fucks to torture trans kids by denying them gender-affirming care. It’s cruelty for cruelty’s sake.
Based judge? Finally some good news about this whole thing.
Conservatives will be back and they will be even worse. Conservatism is a plague of oppression and hatred that cannot stop without severe intervention, as history has shown.
We needed SOME good news from the courts after SCOTUS once again handed down more ridiculous BS.

Reactionary fascists are absolutely putting the strength of democracy and rule of law to the test. It's clear on the Executive level too much was left to the discretion of prudence. Now they're testing the judicial.
