Is that what happened? I read the article, and it doesn't explicitly state who fired the gun. I suppose if you read between the lines it makes sense. Absolutely awful.
It says it in the article

Oh, it sure does. I guess sometimes when I skim, I skim right past the important details... my bad!
No one get shot to death for nothing.
This is America, people get shot to death by their own toddlers.
