i think it's pretty safe to say that we'll be talking about Artsakh in the past tense in the near future--not really sure what's going to stop Azerbaijan from just annexing what's left of it at this point short of Russian military intervention (a laughable idea).

rumors are now trickling out of stuff you'd expect if Azerbaijan was going to ethnically cleanse the region. unsurprisingly a lot of people in Stepanakert are trying to get out right now.
