Daniel Wheeler, a tag-team champion in All Elite Wrestling, was arrested Friday morning by the Orlando Police Department and charged with one count of aggravated assault with a firearm.

Further Updates:

PWInsider says:

A warrant for arrest was placed on 7/28. Wheeler filed a plead of not guilty to the the charge of aggravated assault with a firearm via his attorney with the circuit court of Orange County, Florida on 8/3. The charge is considered a third degree felony in the State of Florida.

SRS Via Twitter:

AEW responded to my request for statement on Cash Wheeler's arrest for aggravated assault with a firearm. "AEW has been made aware of the charge, and we are closely monitoring the situation. He is fully cooperating with local authorities."

Latest update from PWInsider on Travel Restrictions:

PWInsider.com has confirm(ed) (Wheeler) was NOT asked to surrender his passport by the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida today.

There are currently no restrictions on Wheeler traveling internationally that have been imposed by the court.

Since Wheeler has not been convicted of a crime, it does not currently appear he will have any issues traveling to London for the event.

Update on crime:

Wheeler flashed a gun at another driver during a road rage incident. He's out on bail.

At his arraignment this morning, the prosecution noted that the incident was "believed to be a road rage incident" and that during that incident Wheeler allegedly "flashed a gun" at the other party.

I can't say I've never yelled at another asshole driver before, but I could never imagine pulling a gun on somebody for something so fucking stupid. What an idiot.

Further details of the crime haven't been released yet (Update: see OP). But this probably means he won't be able to make All-In.

So FTR vs. Bucks is probably off.

Update: The match isn't off. Just up in the air.

You were the chilled out one! You were supposed to bring balance to FTR, not leave it in baldness!

And we thought Dax was the more problematic one

PWInsider posted the same, although they redacted some addresses and things, they say it is the incident report. Insane. source

That seems legit. And makes it all seem worse.

Oof. Just oof.

Well... Fuck. I guess it's still up in the air, and I'm not really up to speed on tourism regulations, but I imagine the UK might not be cool with allowing someone with a pending assualt charge entry into their country.

Not only is there not going to be an ftr bucks all in match now if he really pulled a gun there should be so significant jail time and I hate to say it but he should be fired from aew

Jay White had it wrong. These are not the actions of a Fuzzy Wuzzy Bear

Unless there's a picture of him with a gunv or corroborating testimony, how likely is this to even be anything?

Not passing judgement, I'm just curious.

Zero, he said she said. More than likely without going to trial he can just make a donation to charity and the charges can be stayed.
