But we're totally going to own huffman by putting "fuck spez" all over it! He'll probably shut the site down out of sheer embarrassment.

Edit: I do like how they make you show your work on HumanShader.

Making me remember how to do ling multiplication...
There's also PixelCanvas, which has a much bigger area than r/place.
Sorry but I don't see the point in this. Seems like it would only be relevant for math nerds.
It's a fun thing to commit 10 minutes to, kinda satisfying too. It's fun to try to do a job that we normally expect computers to do, and it's cool to work collaboratively towards something bigger than yourself.
Yes but this is the kind of thing PCs are uniquely better at so it kinda feels like a waste of time. I prefer my collaborative efforts to go towards something which enrich the commons. That's just my take however you do you.
Also computer science nerds.
Wouldn't compsci nerds have more fun just writing a whole shader on their own?
that's a really cool idea. would love to see the next version be bigger and longer, though it probably doesn't scale well with the requirement to manually verify that the calculations have been performed by hand.
My pixel expired after I finished it unfortunately. I wish I contributed, it would be cool to make something a little bigger.
