Atlus doing Atlus things.

So Persona 3 FES came out soon after Persona 3 with new content, then Persona 3 Portable came out for the PSP without FES content but included a new protagonist option. They then released Persona 3 Portable on Steam earlier this year.

And now when they finally have the chance to combine both content they decide to cut BOTH of them. Crazy.

I hope the remake will at least have some new content of its own to make up for it...

Yeah this significantly diminished my hype for this lol

Begging for atlus to give us a definitive edition of persona 3 and getting the least definitive version of persona 3 is so Atlus it hurts

The most Altus thing ever.

what's the chance they would release another P3 like they did with P4G and P5R, which puts FES and Portable content this time?

Allowing Atlus to cash in twice? I wouldn't be surprised, but then again P3 is so old that compared to P5 it would be kinda hard generating hype for it.

Maybe it'll be DLC that comes after launch? That might be pure hopium on my side though.

It's looking as if certain P5 characters are going to be buried in DLC too. Ah, Atlus.
