Green Tea Protects Brain Health in Older Adults

Research conducted by the Kanazawa University Graduate School of Medical Sciences reveals a significant correlation between the consumption of green tea and a reduction in cerebral white matter lesions among older adults who do not have dementia. The findings suggest that ingesting three or more cups of green tea daily may confer protective benefits for brain health, while similar effects were not noted for coffee consumption.

Maybe, but to me, green tea has a fishy taste.

I'll stick with White, or Earl Grey thanks.

Yup, I love many of the Japanese green teas (Sencha, etc) so much that I order them loose-leaf from Japan.

I've had wonderful green teas from China as well

By comparison the "green tea" bags in the grocery store are horrible bitter nasty things.

Green tea is a massive category with lots of quite different flavors FWIW.
