When I am logged out of Beehaw, naturally I see things I’m not subscribed to and things I might have blocked.

When I log in, I will still see things I’m not subscribed to and things I blocked even though I have my default view set to Subscribed. However, Subscribed will still be highlighted in green.

This is not a problem after that initial log in. After I refresh the page, it will always respect my default view setting and blocks… until I log out and log back in.

Some people use Subscriptions and blocking to curate out upsetting content, so not as small-fry an issue as it seems.

So just refreshing the page one time after login fixes it? It could be something to be fixed in the code, but there might be a way to fix it with a browser-side script in the meantime.
