It's currently set to America/New_York, so it'll change twice a year. If you have more insight into a more appropriate TZ I can easily change it.

Edit: Rather, it won't change. It'll remain consistent as long as your country practices the time change on the same dates as the US.

But no, I don't think there's a better time zone. At least for most sub members.

I mean, nobody should bother with changing clocks twice a year. What a strange thing to do. #TeamPermanentDaylightSavingTime

Europe and NA do not practice the same changes on the same dates (at least, not exactly, cf. link below), but we need to fix some reference. NY is a reasonable choice, IMO.
