A gaming sub free from the hype and oversaturation of current releases, catering to gamers who wait at least 12 months after release to play a game. Whether it's price, waiting for bugs/issues to be patched, DLC to be released, don't meet the system requirements, or just haven't had the time to keep up with the latest releases.

I play Anno Mutationem on my Switch. I got a soft spot for indie cyberpunk'ish games and along with Dex and Cloudpunk this game fits the bill.
So far I am mostly impressed with the overall visual presentation: a mix between 2,5 and 3D and a pixelart aesthetic. Kinda hard to explain. But especially the city parts of the game look stunning at times and are a joy to explore: tons of little bits and pieces everywhere explain the world and happenings in it. So far the in game world is not very big but filled to the brim with stuff to look /talk to and collect. Really enjoy it so far!
The action part of the game is rather conventional: slash, jump and shoot and upgrade your gear. Works, but seems not as inspired as the 'explore the city' parts of the game. Also, some balancing issues can be a bit annoying. Nothing mayor though.
For the price (22€) the game is an absolute joy overall and a nice addition to my 'Indie Cyberpunk' games collection!
